Movie theaters are too loud. Is there anything you do about it?

I love going to movie theaters. I go almost once a week. But recently I have noticed that the theaters I go to are all way too loud. There are scenes where I close my ears. Have you noticed this too? Have movie theaters increased the volume recently? Regardless, do you do anything about it? Do you bring ear plugs?
