Why do people continue to talk through films after being asked to be quiet? Do you tell them to shut up? OR are you part of the problem?

Me and my Girlfriend went to Cinemas on Friday night to watch "War for The Planet of the Apes". Two women wouldn't stop talking throughout, the conversation pretty much went like this.20 Minutes in Me: Guys could you please be quiet.40minutes in Me: Guys please1hr 30 Me: Will you both shut upStill they carried on talking. After the movie she patted me on the back and saidWoman 1: "can I just say you're really rude"Me: "I'm rude? You've been talking all the way through the film"her idiot friend piped up and said "WE WAS TALKING QUIETLY ABOUT THE MOVIE"They were talking fairly loud all the wayMe "well that's rude isn't it"Idiot mate "I've had to listen to someone eating popcorn all the way through, how do you think I feel"Me "You're in a cinema, people eat popcorn"Woman 1 "yes if you don't like people talking then go home and watch the movie"They then started piping up and getting really angryMe "you're a fucking idiot, go away"Idiot friend "YOU DONT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT YOU SILLY LITTLE BOY I AM A GROWN WOMAN"Me "I'm 23, you're an idiot, go away"My girlfriend then got angryGirlfriend "Bye enjoy your weekend"Idiot friend "shut up you silly little girl"They ended up embarrassing themselves and walking awayIt seems every single time i go to Cinema, people continue to talk constantly! I'm getting sick of telling people to shut up, I don't mind it when people talk the odd time, maybe to explain what's going on to their partner, but when it's all the way through, it's the most annoying thing on the planet via /r/movies http://ift.tt/2uwT2dy
