Why are Netflix ratings generally too high?

I watch a lot of super-hero films and series, and the ratings on Netflix seem way higher than they should be. Spider-Man 3, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Fist, and the TASM movies all have nearly five star ratings, whereas they were all rated pretty bad by critics. Even Pixels has nearly five stars.
