What's up with the lizard guy at the end of The Shining? [Some Spoilers]

In the climax of the film, you see Wendy running around the hotel looking for Danny. She sees in one of the rooms what appears to be a lizard performing oral sex on a guy in the suit? Is there any significance to this that I missed? Everything else makes some sort of "sense", but that felt weird.Otherwise, the movie was great and was awesome suspense and horror with a lot of subtle cues and I'm just padding this out to meet the character requirement. via /r/movies http://ift.tt/2v7e4fM
